Coleman WI had a Centennial Celebration. One of their leading citizens had seen me at the Shawano Old-Time Art, Craft, and Music Festival, and figured I looked like I'd fit right in with anything going on a century ago. The car was one of several at the antique car show that was part of the festival. Owner Daniel Glime asked if I'd pose. I said I would, but onlly IF he gave me permission to use the photo as an album cover. I called the album STEP AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE. The original photo had lots of stuff in the background. I had never computer-edited a photo before, and it took me hours to paste the clouds everywhere. Ah, well! Live and learn. |
